This [scidev.net] is an interesting article. It seems to be one of the few intelligent things I've read a study done about in a long time. Not too surprised it was held from being released for 2 years. I'm just glad it was released at all.

Unfortunately, I don't believe that any political action or 'biodiversity conservation' is going to help this situation at all. This is not just a problem in India -- it's a global problem on a fast track to catastrophe that is just...ignored. But I'm too tired to type any more. unimpressed.gif

Go here [biodiv.org]. And especially read this [biodiv.org].

P.S. The earth has been fine for a long, long time without Man to conquer and rule it. Stop making so much people food!
